SMS Opt-In Consent
This page describes how First Due Systems collects consent for SMS (text message) communications, and what you can expect when you opt in to any of our messaging programs.
Standard Disclosure: By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages from First Due Systems, you consent to receive text messages at the number provided. Our SMS Programs
Lead Nurture & Follow-Up
Who receives it: Prospective clients who have expressed interest in First Due Systems services and provided their phone number for follow-up.
Message content: Follow-up messages about scheduling consultations, AI audit updates, and information about our services.
Frequency: Up to 9 messages over a 30-day period from initial opt-in, then periodic follow-up as agreed.
Opt-in method: Verbal consent during a phone or in-person conversation, or written consent via a web form or email exchange.
Appointment Reminders
Who receives it: Clients who have booked a consultation or AI audit session.
Message content: Appointment confirmation, day-before reminder, and day-of reminder.
Frequency: Up to 3 messages per booked appointment.
Opt-in method: Booking confirmation via Calendly or written agreement.
How We Obtain Consent
First Due Systems obtains express written consent before sending marketing or promotional SMS messages. Consent is obtained through one or more of the following methods:
- A web form where you check a consent checkbox and provide your phone number
- A written agreement or intake form signed before services begin
- A verbal opt-in documented in writing by a First Due Systems representative
We do not send unsolicited text messages. Every person who receives a text from us has provided prior consent.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
Alternatively, contact us at thomas@firstduesystems.com and we will remove you manually within 24 hours.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages you consented to receive and to operate our AI communication systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
