SMS Opt-In Consent
This page describes how First Due Systems collects consent for SMS (text message) communications, and what you can expect when you opt in to any of our messaging programs.

Our SMS Programs
Lead Nurture & Follow-Up
Who receives it: Prospective clients who submitted a form on firstduesystems.com, entered their mobile number, and checked the SMS consent box.
Message content: Follow-up about scheduling a consultation, AI audit updates, and information about our services.
Frequency: Up to 9 messages per month.
Opt-in method: A web form on firstduesystems.com with a mobile number field and an unchecked consent checkbox. Providing a phone number is optional, and consent is never pre-selected.
Appointment Reminders
Who receives it: Clients who booked a consultation or AI audit session and opted in to SMS reminders at the time of booking.
Message content: Appointment confirmation, day-before reminder, and day-of reminder.
Frequency: Up to 3 messages per booked appointment.
Opt-in method: The booking form, where a mobile number is entered and SMS reminders are affirmatively selected.
How We Obtain Consent
First Due Systems obtains prior express written consent before sending any marketing or promotional SMS message. Consent is collected only through a form you complete yourself, where you enter your mobile number and check a box that is not selected by default.
The consent language on that checkbox reads:
“I agree to receive texts from First Due Systems about services and appointments. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Providing a mobile number is always optional. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not completed that step, we do not accept a verbal opt-in as consent for marketing messages, and we do not purchase, rent, or import phone numbers from any outside source.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
Alternatively, contact us at thomas@firstduesystems.com and we will remove you manually within 24 hours.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages you consented to receive and to operate our AI communication systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
